Responsibilities – Make an Impact:

Utilize your expertise to conquer new international markets, forge lasting relationships with foreign clients, secure lucrative orders, negotiate irresistible deals, and sign groundbreaking contracts.

Masterfully manage foreign trade orders by handling documentation review, order management, transportation, customs clearance, and payment collection with precision and efficiency.

Assess, monitor, and control risks associated with foreign trade orders, ensuring a seamless and profitable operation that makes waves in the industry.

Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations, expertly managing clients and resolving customer complaints with finesse and aplomb.

Spearhead the expansion and maintenance of our customer base, playing a crucial role in the company’s meteoric growth.

Organize and archive business-related documentation, maintaining a well-structured database that fuels our success.

Report on relevant business tasks, keeping management in the loop on progress and potential opportunities that will catapult us to new heights.

Qualifications – Unleash Your Skills:

College degree or above in international trade, business English, or related fields that empower you to excel.

At least 2 years of experience in trade operations, with a preference for those who’ve thrived in foreign companies.

Adept at trade operation procedures and relevant laws and regulations, armed with razor-sharp professional knowledge in the trade field.

Fluent in English and a computer whiz, with priority given to those wielding customs declaration certificates.

A natural at identifying target clients, initiating communication, and forging unbreakable relationships, fueled by an unwavering passion for foreign trade sales.

Crystal-clear thinking, exceptional communication, and expression skills; a burning desire to learn, stress resistance, and an unquenchable thirst to grow with VMAXPOS.

Stellar business development and negotiation skills, strong public relations awareness, a high sense of responsibility, unbreakable teamwork spirit, and the ability to handle matters independently and innovate like a trailblazer.

Priority is given to those with trade show experience and the adaptability to thrive in irregular overseas exhibitions and client visits, seizing every opportunity with gusto.
